Why: One less mod to use, have encountered desyncs with Mixu's in MP. This is mainly for those that wish to prune their modlist of 'bigger'/'other' start position altering mods but want more building slots in capitals.

Tier 1 Major Settles have 3
Tier 2 have 5
Tier 3 have 7
Tier 4 have 9
Tier 5 have 11

The two exceptions to this are Skavenblight and Hellpit, both of which have 13 at tier 5
(This mod does not alter minor settlement building slots)

Naturally, this is not compatible with any other mod that alters startpos.esf
If the mods you are using do not contain such a file, you are golden. Typically mods that change start positions and yadda will modify and have their own startpos.esf
