More Potent Stun

Description
Changes Stun Batons. Stun Guns and Chloral Hydrate to apply Stun instead of Incremental/Progressive Stun. They also apply Nausea.

Stun Baton:
4 uses, 5 second Stun with normal battery
8 uses, 10 second Stun with Fulgurium battery

Stun Gun:
8 second Stun with normal darts
15 second Stun with Fulgurium darts

Chloral Hydrate:
50 second Stun
