Louder Vanilla and Vanilla Firearms Expansion (VFE) guns

Description
Louder Vanilla and VFE guns.

Soundradius of guns is increased up to 4x.

Silenced guns and pistols are useful if you dont want the whole town after your neck.

Also gunshots can be used to control and distract zombies.

This is for my dedicated server but feel free to use.

ItemTweakerAPI is needed

Credit goes to the creators of the louder guns mod. I just addes the guns from VFE and tweaked values for my liking

does this work for the Gunrunner and STALKER addons for VFE?
