Deathshrieker ICBM Continued

Description
Deathshriekers are amongst the most advanced missiles in the warhammer fantasy world... and now they have the range (and clusters) to match

Increases the range of both missiles to 600, and increases the shrapnel count of the cluster rock to 16 from 8.

Continuation of the mod by the same name by Norym, which has disappeared from the workshop.

If it stops working and I notice or am let know, I will update it, else it should keep working. I did update it through the homing changes and other base game change it got recently that I recall
