Description
MACV-SOG mission in progress. Requires SOG:PF and CBA to play. Will update upon play test and feedback.

Thanks. Yeah, that's what I intended because that's what I like. It's not the same exact thing every time. The other objectives were supposed to also be like that, and that's why they are failing to work. I used the SOG random site modules, but dont have the coding down to figure out what I did wrong. I have a simplified version I need to finish to play with RT Columbia

Haha, it was nuts. I was down to 2 AI when I got there, but lost them pretty quick. One element of your design that stood out for me was the HVT ambush, and how you specified more than one possible trail in the area instead of designating the exact spot. Makes player feel more invested in the decision, plus the uncertainty adds element of doubt and seems more realistic.

Its been awhile since I worked on this project, but I think I meant to hide it. MAc and I played it a long time ago and it wasnt working properly. I set my character to invincible to try and run through it and troubleshoot. I think I found multiple problems (there were a lot of triggers), and Im going to rework them. Glad you got to that last firefight. I want that one to be nuts

Up to you. Here's a little more info. I actually kept going to next marked areas where there was a VC encampment and cleaned it out, then headed to the LZ marked beyond that. That was pretty crazy with static guns and guntrucks all around, a kingbee came (or was already there) with engine on, but when I got to it pilot was dead. And I discovered that player was invincible at that point. So maybe because earlier tasks were never triggered, this zone was wonky too.

@Johnnyboy. Thanks. I tinkered around with an updated version and never published it. Maybe i’ll give it one last touch up , fix or delete an objective, and call it good

Hey Fubar, I like this mission alot. Everything worked great until the convoy ambush on bridge. We set up on West side of bridge, but were spotted, so only one APC crossed and other 2 stayed on West side. We took out close one, then crossed bridge and destroyed other 2 APCs. But the Ambush Convoy task never completed, so after awhile I aborted mission. I think this mission is very well set up and worthy of completing. Had a good time regardless.

Currently problems with 4th objective trigger sometimes not activating (collect NVA intel at camp)
