I think I see the problem with this char now: the Time Gauge never actually depletes.

why she still can combo out of grab?
why she needs 5 bars to do anything intresting?

It's a counter, but it can also be used during time stop (but don't do that)

luna dial being locked up makes sense, since it's mostly just another variety of time stop, its just as strong as world due to its instant cast time.

what would be balanced is a low meter time stop with high cast time and no hitting similar to luna dial

knifes are strong, but nor fun or intresting, crossing and close-up magic hit is obviously not intendet (and author can just turn them off during luna dial, so its fixable)

@Colourdreams The normal and slow knives can do a ton of chip damage, on top of forcing the opponent into a defensive position, which is more than just exploitable. And as mentioned previously, Crossing and Close-up Magic can let you hit at the end of timestop, which in turn allows the knives to shred the opponent.
