Pingu, the gibberish speaking penguin, joins Smack!

Neutral B: Pingu throws a snowball. If B is held down, Pingu will throw a followup snowball at a more forward angle, but the attack will have more end lag.

Side B: Pingu curls up into a ball and rolls forward.

Up B: Pingu does a shoryuken.

Down B: Pingu spins around rapidly. If used on the ground, it can be moved left or right. If used in the air, it will take Pingu directly upward, carrying the opponent with him.

Ultra: Pingu turns into a ball, rolls into the opponent, and calls in his friend Robby the seal to assist him.
