Description: Living only in the deepest parts of the caves, this species of canyon bug seems to have almost devolved. Its entire body has gotten smaller and like many other creatures that live in caves, it's become blind. (The images were taken using a Deep Cave Bug that was edited to have hidden eyes.) Sensing what's around it with its antennae, it can easily grab and crush most creatures that get too close with its massive, overdeveloped pseudo-jaws, which are almost as large as the creature itself.
