Description
I reasoned that Caelians are just as strong as humans, but having wings hinders their ability to maneuver properly on the ground or attack thus lower Att + AP and higher enc. I did increase their defense to simulate the use of wings to disorient enemies and hop around during combat.

As for the wingless units, I added mountain survival to simulate the increased ability to endure hardship in the mountains of Caelum.

The Raptorian Militia was replaced with a Yeti due to it's redundancy to other caelian troops. The intended role is to be a limited recruit heavy infantry for Caelum.

To further differentiate the three clans:
Airya are proud and magical. They get increased mor, mr and def. They also gain baseline iceprot 1 and cold res.
Spire Horn are mobile and precise. They get increased prec, att and map move. They also gain baseline storm power 1 and shock res.
Raptors are strong and aggressive. They get increased hp, mor, str, att and a baseline dive attack.

I gave units with Ice Hauberks cold 3 and the various Tempest / Storm units airshield 80 as well for more magical flavor and to highlight the magical nature of the Iceforged equipment / Kavi descendants.

For the mages and priests, I increased their abilities in the different respective magical paths to compensate for the poor diversity.

Province defenses / Castle garrison was also strengthened to contrast with the mobility centered winged army, but wingless sacred defenders.

This mod doesn't show up for me ingame when I look in mod preferences.
