[Bugfix] Revolver Tooltip Fix

Description
This mod fixes a bug from the base game and makes the revolver tooltip show the correct extra cool-down value.

While the revolver is the only weapon in the base game with an irregular attack speed, installing this mod will also fix the bug for any modded weapons that use the same effect. This mod will also mark an decreased attack speed in red while a increased attack speed will now be shown in green.


Please note: the bug has been fixed in Brotato version 1.1 but you can still use this mod to get the improved tooltip highlighting.
