Adds the hat of Rick Grimes to Project Zombiod. Spawns in blue police station lockers.
Alternatively, you could spawn it in with debug or the "All Clothing Unlocked" option enabled in the sandbox under "Hat" as "King County Sheriff's Department Cowboy Hat"

@shb93 It's the prison guard shirt, or something like that. It's in vanilla, that's all I remember for sure. It might be a long sleeved shirt, I just put the texture on a long sleeved one for my render.
