My Personal GMOD Campaign Collection

Description
I just called to say, "I have assigned you a mission to get some good-ol' intel from the underground Combine facility. This won't be easy though."


WARNING: I am an amateur GModder, since I have only very basic knowledge of Hammer and no knowledge at all on how to use VSIF2VCD, which means that this campaign is by no means perfect and has flaws here and there. This would affect your overall experience with it, but it shouldn't stop you from completing it. Any feedback is appreciated.

WARNING #2: The level transition between the first (amap) and second (bmap) maps, along with the one between the second and third (cmap) maps, may be broken. As such, in these cases, just manually load the next map when you complete the current one.

WARNING #3: The second map has a puzzle segment where you have to place and stack crates and climb on them to get to the next area. Do not break the crates, or you may not be able to climb to the next area unless you noclip.

DISCLAIMER: This custom campaign has only been tested in sandbox singleplayer, with the only mods being tested with this map are MMOD effects, MMOD HL2 weapon replacements, MWB/TFA/TacRP SWEPs, Combine soldier model replacements, VManip addons, and HUD addons. I'm sorry to say this, but I cannot guarantee the campaign's stability if you use more complex addons (such as the ones that alter NPC's AI) and/or play it in multiplayer.

ANOTHER DISCLAIMER: This custom HL2 campaign is not mine, as I laid out its original information in the lower part of this description. If the original author wants me to take it down, I'll do so.

This campaign consists of 4 maps, which are located in the "Other" category, and they go in order as shown below:

Call In takes place a few hours after the citadel was destroyed by Gordon Freeman.

You take the role of a rebel soldier on a mission to retrieve information regarding the super portal to aid in the building of Dr. Magnusson’s rocket.

@WeasleFire I mentioned this issue in the description. As a publisher, this is an issue that is way beyond my knowledge for me to fix. For now, to avoid this level transition issue, you may manually load the next map.

I get into a level transition loop from the first map to the second.

so I found out why I was seeing errors and purple mostly everywhere I needed both ep1 and ep2 which I guess I should of known that from the start, um just saying you could add that to the list of things you need to play this map. :steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:

@Bug_Box_Elder_Bug Personally, I haven't seen any errors the last time I checked, since I have tested with this campaign are MMOD effects, MMOD HL2 weapon replacements, MWB/TFA/TacRP SWEPs, Combine soldier model replacements, VManip addons, custom playermodels, HUD addons, and nothing else. Try verifying the files of GMOD, disabling all of your addons except these addons and the campaign, make sure that you mounted HL2 and HL2:E2 (and maybe HL2:E1), and try again. If not, try disabling all of your addons but the campaign, and try again.

This campaign is long, the puzzles are hard, but all of this was COOL.
This game just needs some voice acting and making the puzzles little bit simpler.
After that it'll be the COOLEST campaign after that!

Yeah as warning described, there is a loop loading/transition between amap and bmap. One of the possible fix is making the map loading by amap->bmap only which means once the player gets to the bmap they won't be able to return to amap.

combine not dropping their guns is something i wish more maps coud take more advantage of just like this one.
