Pros:
Naturally protected in a good way. Land bridge is narrow, but the wall provided is at the halfway mark on the island- which is pretty balanced. If the player wants to really guard the island they have to build their own wall at the chokepoint.
Main Structures are awesome- the bunker and the Warehouse are both really solidly designed.
Loot is not OP- you can definitely find some good stuff here, but it is lacking enough to again balance the really good location.
Dislikes/Cons:
The mod location has no foraging table set up, which forces players to leave the cell in order to forage.
Minor issue- a trail to natural location is cut off. This isn't as big a deal, as you can just skirt the outside of the modded lake, but it would be nice if the camp was scooted up a bit and a corresponding trail was generated that linked to the vanilla trail.

FYI you can find the cells of any map by (temporarily) subscribing and checking the mod folder.
I am Polish.
And I can confirm, Warsaw is an island on a lake, in Kentucky.
