yellow = situation to test
cyan = test start
green = and gate. All inputs must be on at the end of the test for the test to succeed and for the next test to start.
cyan timer = (roughly) the delay between the test ID incrementing and the start signal being given.
green timer = the time the test has to complete. If the conditions for the green and-gate have not been met after this time, the test fails. Again, this timer is not an exact amount of time.
