JMSDF JS Izumo DDH183 SBL by WTigerTw

JS Izumo, is the lead ship of Izumo-class helicopter destroyer, designed, built and operated by the JMSDF (海上自衛隊). it is designed as an anti-submarine warfare (ASW) helicopter carrier, and also serves as a flag ship for JMSDF fleet. The helicopters operated on it are JMSDF SH-60K ASW helicopter, a derivative and licenced-built version of Sikorsky SH-60B Seahawk ASW helicopter. The maximum capacity of this class is 28 helicopters, including ASW helicopter (SH-60K/J) and MCH-101 transport helicopter.

This asset is the shape of JS izumo before carrier modification program in 2020 to deploy F-35B V/STOL fighter. After the modification it will function as a light aircraft carrier, but is not made in this asset.

This asset is also specifically designed to be used with JMSDF SH-60K props asset by kizuri. The asset does not include the helicopter and deck equipment, so recommended prop asset to be used together are listed below.

currently closed due to my studies. Will restart taking commissions later this year (or next year) but probably focus on CS2 at that time.

there is a cargo ship version. This ship is too big to be used as a ferry I think. (I don't think there is any ferry pier asset designed to accommodate such a big ship), so i don't think I will do that.
