Darkstar Foundry's cruiser-class entry in their Ranger Series, the R-21 Scout. meant as an upgrade from the R-15 starter ship, it comes with more room, tech, and amenities. As a Tier 1, you're still reliant on outposts for your fabrication/decontstruction needs.

This submarine is intended as an upgrade (Tier 1 Scout) priced the same as a vanilla Orca, and was built with the following mods in mind:

Immersive Repairs
Enhanced Reactors
Neurotrauma
