Eepy is a character I made say hi to Eepy

Eepy is a Fluffy Siamese Cat who tries his best to still be productive, and falling asleep on the job. The end of most special moves would put him in a state where he doesn't want to move and goes to bed on the spot, healing doing so. His gameplay would consist of hitting foes with moves that specialize more in keeping the foe away from him, or finishing them off for more time to snooze. The movement is strange as speed is overall slow due to his tired tendencies, (just like lux) consists of moves that move him and give him speed like a character from a platformer

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: SLEEPY CAT
The kitty NEEDS to sleep!! This move puts eepy in a spot where he can heal, you can cancel it into a move or dodge

SIDE SPECIAL: COTTON SMACK
Dashes using the pillow, a great combo tool and provides good speed.

UP SPECIAL: CASE GLIDE
Uses the pillowcase as a parachute and glides. acts similarly to ori's in rivals except the move is not a multihit and you cannot cancel it.
DOWN SPECIAL: PILLOW POUND
Slams straight downwards and bounces off anything in the way! Be careful as this could be an easy way to SD off stage.

SPECIAL MECHANICS
Because of neutral special's gimmick, some moves can even cancel into the move. For neutral special itself, you can cancel it into a dodge or an attack.

EEPY'S BACKGROUND
Eepy is chill while caring a lot about everybody. Typically trying to stay awake but if there's time he'll just nap. He is not lazy, far from it. Eepy may try lazy shortcuts or pathetically use just his tail for a chore, but often instead shows how committed he is to trying to be productive. Eepy is a soft and fluffy cat who loves cuddles, like he NEEDS them to stay as comfy and warm as possible. With the hugs in mind, he hates warm outside temperatures as he always wears a puffy poncho in pajamas. He's carrying a pillow at all times and although sensitive, his tail being a great blanket.
