The first one looks to me like a headcrab broke like an egg and a slightly smaller headcrab popped out.

I own Black Mesa, and its installed, but the insides are all missing texture. I tried to see if maybe it wasn't mounted, but it turns out Black Mesa isn't on the mount list for Gmod.
