Fallout 3 - The Outcasts

Description
Adds the Brotherhood Outcasts from Fallout 3 into the game as a playable Civilization.

=====!!!!! IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE !!!!!=====
This mod requires the Brave New World expansion pack to work, and WILL NOT function properly without it. However, as with every other mod I have created, I have chosen not to modify the dependency setting to require Brave New World, so those that do not have it can use the mod as they please. However, the mod is almost guaranteed to be a horribly broken - but playable - mess without the second expansion pack, so if you do not have the Brave New World expansion pack, proceed into a game with this mod at your own risk.

=====Description=====
The Brotherhood Outcasts - often shortened to just the Outcasts - are a technocratic and militaristic Civilization with unique military Units that can dominate the battlefield in the late game and a unique ability that ensures the Outcasts will always make it there. Should the Outcasts ever fall behind in the technological game, they can use the situation to their advantage and wage war against the very enemies that have eclipsed them in research in order to catch up and return to the front of the pack. Whenever Outcast troops defeat enemy Units in battle whose prerequisite Technologies have not yet been researched, the Outcasts will receive Science progress towards those Technologies, allowing them to discover new techs faster than other Civilizations and even receive them essentially for free should they manage to destroy enough enemy forces. This ability - coupled with some exceptionally powerful and versatile late game Units - makes the Outcasts a very formidable foe to face on the battlefields of the Information Era and a fierce competitor when competing for scientific supremacy.

=====Unique Trait - Outcast Collection Agents=====
Destroying enemy Units whose prerequisite Technologies have not yet been discovered by the Outcasts will grant them bonus Science towards discovering that Technology, equal to roughly 25% of that Technology's total Science cost. This bonus applies even when fighting Barbarians or unique units - defeating Barbarian Hand-Axes in combat will grant progress towards The Wheel, as the Hand-Axe is actually a Barbarian-exclusive unique unit that replaces the Chariot Archer.

=====Unique Unit 1 - Defender=====
The Defender is a unique XCOM Squad replacer that trades the paradrop ability of its vanilla counterpart for extra Combat Strength in battle. With 110 points of strength over the XCOM Squad's 100, it excels at both offensive and defensive combat and is much better suited for frontline duties against the enemies of the Outcasts. In addition, it can be researched earlier than the XCOM Squad and deployed sooner, due to the fact that it requires Lasers, rather than Nanotechnology.

=====Unique Unit 2 - Sentry Bot=====
Slower, weaker, yet much easier to mass-produce compared to the Giant Death Robot it replaces, the Sentry Bot is an excellent choice for seizing numerical superiority on the battlefield. At 130 points of Combat Strength compared to its vanilla counterpart's 150, it is most certainly not the strongest unit on the battlefield - nor is it the fastest, with 3 points of movement compared to the Giant Death Robot's 5 - but it more than makes up for this with a greatly reduced Production cost to build and a much more modest Resource requirement of one Oil and one Aluminum. This means that armies of Sentry Bots can be produced and deployed in large numbers very quickly to secure victory for the Outcasts in a variety of combat situations - and they can do this without placing any type of strain on the Outcasts' Uranium stores.

Yeah that's probably a mod conflict. I tested extensively to make sure the unique trait was working. What mods do you have enabled and what Unit did you kill?

" Destroying enemy Units whose prerequisite Technologies have not yet been discovered by the Outcasts will grant them bonus Science towards discovering that Technology, equal to roughly 25% of that Technology's total Science cost. '

What I got was 1 ONE point added to every remaining tech to be researched. Not all added to a specific tech. I suppose it could be a mod conflict?
