Flak-205 AT Refit

Fast and dirty update of an existing turret I found, fitted to my liking with an AT shell, improved self repair, added repair tentacles, and 4 machine guns instead of those spotlights. Cheap, accurate, deadly, and disposable. Also, made it an actual structure bound to the ground with HA 'feet' so it won't get kicked around.
