Living World Ally Fix-Patch (formally night-agro-fix fix)

Description
This mod aims to fix some of the buggy world-states that come with Living World!

You NEED to download Living World and load this UNDER Living World for this mod to work.

Import probably will be needed due to changing things with world states and what not

I dug into the FCS data of Living world and found a few settings in some settlements that others and myself had some issues with with fighting during nighttime in bars and stores along with towns in general.

If you encounter any bugs or issues that might be related to this mod please let me know!

Fixes

Fish Isle's Town override

Fighting caused due to not open to public during night being enabled and bar activity not following suit. Changed gate guard and bar to allow public during night

Deadcat Citys overrides

Changed open to public settings for most towns once they've been cleared of cannibals. This should hopefully stop Deadcat from attacking neutral factions and players during nighttime.

I also changed some of the public settings with Cannibal Capital just to make sure there wasn't any conflicts with the Deadcat override, cannibals are still cannibals, don't expect a friendly welcome.

Various UC town overrides

I didn't need to touch these too much, I made sure that the bars had the open to public setting changed to true to hopefully stop bar fights from erupting once it changed to nighttime.

Most of these fixes are to towns that didn't already have some kind of resettlement or change of faction inside of vanilla Kenshi. I'm hoping this should fix those niche issues I've seen and experienced but I'm sure there are more changes that could be made in the future to help resolve some of those janky towns in Living Worlds, if you have any suggestions and/or ideas, please let me know and I'll see about taking a look!

Making a mod can be a pain! I'm sure they meant to do it but just never got around to it.

Regardless, I'm glad I'm able to fix some of the major bugs in the mod because it really does add a lot and doesn't make the world feel so dead after you've ran around it for awhile.

The open to public setting issue was brought to the mod author's attention years ago after I got attacked in the First Village override. I fixed it for myself and let them know. Seemingly ignores making the simple fixes for whatever reason.

I can look into it here soon, but just off the top of my head a lot of the world overrides have a lot of the same requirements in place and it may be based off who you joined first (maybe) or it literally may be a coin-flip since the requirements for a faction taking it over may be the same for the same location inside of Living World.

It could also be you did things SLIGHTLY different or in a different order that ended up causing EP to taking over the Fish Isle location instead of AS.

I started a new job recently so I just now only have gotten time to relax again, I"ll pop into the FCS and see what I can find.

I do not know exactly how many locations can be under Anti-slaver control, but it often feels like places that should be under AS control are being instead taken over by Empire Peasants, despite my alliance with the AS. Could you please look into it ?

(For example I've has Fish Isle taken over by the EP in a run, and the AS in another despite being allied with the AS in both. It really feels like a roll of the dice.)
