Force Seed Affects Setting

Description
Configure a list of seeds to automatically switch to either Seed Affects Layout Only or Seed Affects Everything when entered via the set seed flower pot.
Go into Options > PreferenceSystem > Force Seed Affects Setting to enable and configure.
