Spawn smashed cars

Description
Smashed cars now spawn in traffic jams! Also, if any mod adds a car with Smashed in its name, it will also apper.
Be aware, cars will only appear in places where you have not yet been.

This mod can be added and removed from your saves without any problems.

WORKS IN SINLEPLAYER AND MULTIPLAYER!

COMPATIBILITY
Should be with all vehicles. If it is not, please let me know.

INCOMPATIBILITY
Not sure, but possible with mods that add a new part that can be opened.

The fact that the Crashed Cars Mod adds model cars, while mine does nothing but a simple Lua function. All crashed cars are vanilla.

I can't tell the difference in the screenshot. Both before and after seem to have smashed cars, no?
