The HELIOS 'Tarhey' is a large salvage helicopter, built to transport all medium & larger sizes of salvage. With < 34 power cores it fits the block & power core limit of the Stranded campaign.

Reduced the power core count to 30, because apparently only old beta-era Stranded savefiles can have 34 powercores, due to a bug...
