Description
A cheatmod Cancel all recruitment cap.It has good compatibility, no matter what new unit MOD or 1212 update you load, it will remain valid unless the faction is deleted.

In fact, I don't really recommend you to use this MOD, but too many friends have told me they want it, so I have made a version with better compatibility,

I may create a campaign overhaul later, which will unlock CAP restrictions in more interesting ways, such as England's Yeomanry, Western European noble estates,the Byzantine Themata, Pronoe, and so on...

Compatibility:
In theory, it should be compatible with all MODs, and there is no need to pay too much attention to order. Just list them on top of all modules in 1212 Vanilla

Perhaps you used some other campaign modifications mods that took up my key. To enhance compatibility, I changed the key and labeled it with my own name.
