WIP vehicle from way back that i spruced up a little

Features
2 folding ramps on either side (command from the ramps themselves or the bridge)
Lots of rope anchors
2 Large winches
Wonky steering that allows for 360 spinning in the worst way
Active stabilization
Cargo hold with 1 press door as well as a WIP elevator (move the elevator out of the way before closing the door)
Automatic auxillary power generator

Some other stuff.

It's entirely possible the bilge pumps try to kill you, so uhh crack a window or something.

Many of the WIP parts are fully functional but have ugly poorly placed buttons.
