Ferrovia Paulista S/A (FEPASA) was a Brazilian state-owned company, located in the state of São Paulo, for rail freight and passenger transport, being created through the incorporation by Companhia Paulista de Estradas de Ferro (CPEF) of the companies Companhia Mogiana de Estradas de Ferro (CMEF), Estrada de Ferro Sorocabana (EFS), Estrada de Ferro Araraquara (EFA) and Estrada de Ferro São Paulo e Minas (EFSPM). It remained in activity from October 1971 until May 1998, when it was dissolved and incorporated into the Rede Ferroviária Federal (RFFSA).
