Brutalist's Yari

Adds a collared spear for outdoor combat, comparable to a Naginata from base game.

Yari is Spear in Japanese, there are/were many variations, some including metal collars to catch blades.
This one is specifically based off the Jumonji Yari, a collared spear with a sort of crescent moon blade as a guard.

Most common around the UC.
Removes the "DC_IS_RECRUITABLE" tag from Burn's recruitment dialogue, he is still recruitable and likely won't change anything about your gameplay.
Burn holds a Meitou of it as a reference to "a little Burn Rework"
