This a mage from the game Dark Messiah: Might and Magic custom that you can change the color of his robe with the color tool
This addon was in garrysmod website before this page shutting down.

Oh thank god someone had this backed up. I was trying to find it since Adam pulled the plug on the site, but it was so old/niche I had no luck.

It was originally branded as "Magicka wizards", hence the void faces.

Would someone make working Halloween spells from tf2? It would be a cool idea, and not tied to a quest like another addon creator did.
