Description
perks for arc9 eft weapons

the reload icon isnt made by me, im terrible at icons, dont judge, the rest of those(except the arrow in the bolthead attachment) are made by me

made mainly for people who dont want the "ARC9 EFT Extras" buff and want only one thing from it or whatever

no idea if arc9 eft extras is needed but i'll include it as required anyway just in case

Any chance of a non-incendiary optional version?
Cause, the NPCs spawn with this on, even if it's blacklisted, and folks are just getting flashbanged by the incendiary explosion effect.

That and this with NPCs with this firing 3600 RPM mixed with vFire shreds the server.

If not, that's cool too, I'ma edit it out for now.

I think fire rate buffs and debuffs would be good, even if it's like a set number you have to put just do several options from fast to slow
