Hello everyone! its been a while since i last post for Rolling Line, lol. But today, introduce to my ATSF Steam Pack!

History
3751 is a 3751-Class 4-8-4 Northern Type Steam Locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1927 for the Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe Railway, 3751 was a first 3751-Class and the first 4-8-4 built, the locomotive was assigned to pull passenger trains much of its career. In 1936, she was converted to burn oil to increase its route capability and given a larger tender thats hold 20,000 gallons of water, and 7,107 gallons of oil. in 1941 however, the 3751 was given upgrades, instead of 73 inch drivers, it was given 80 inch drivers, given a new frame, and was equipped with Timken Roller Bearings on all of its axles. the 3751 will continue to serve the Santa Fe Railway until being retired in 1957, in 1958, one year later after its retirement, it was put on display at San Bernardino, the locomotive will remain on display until 1981 when the San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society made plans to restore her to operating condition. the 3751 was moved from its display site to the California Steel Industries in 1986 where the restoration work began. The restoration was completed in 1991 and made its first excursion run. In 1992, the 3751 made a excursion run in the entire route of Santa Fe's Transcon route between Los Angeles & Chicago. In 1999, the locomotive made a excursion to Railfair 99 with Southern Pacific 4449 & 2467, Union Pacific 3985 & 844, & much more. As of today, it continues to run excursions with Amtrak.


2926 is a 2900-Class 4-8-4 Northern Type Steam Locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1944 for the Santa Fe Railway, the locomotive was use to pull Passenger & Freight Trains much of its career until it was retired in 1953, in 1956, three years later after its retirement, the locomotive was donated to the Coronado Park in Albuquerque to be put on static display, the locomotive will remain on static display until 1999 when it was purchased by the New Mexico Steam Locomotive and Railroad Historical Society which made plans to restore 2926 is operating condition, the restoration will be completed on July 24th, 2021, making 2926 the world's largest heaviest operating 4-8-4 in the world. on May 6th, 2023, the 2926 made a visit a nearby brewing company for a fundraiser, it was about four blocks away. On September 30th, 2023, the 2926 return to the mainline Albuquerque Rail Yards to attend the New Mexico Railroad Days event. As of today, the 2926 is sitting at New Mexico Steam Locomotive and Railroad Historical Society's Steam Shops, she will soon be use for mainline excursions between Albuquerque and Las Vegas, New Mexico.

3415 is a 3400-Class 4-6-2 Pacific Type built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1919 for the Santa Fe Railway, 3415 and its sisters are similar to the USRA Heavy Pacifics in their tubes & flue counts, their size is also similar to the USRA's Light Pacifics as well. 3415 was use to passenger, freight, & mail trains in much of its career, 3415 and its sisters were originally burn coal, but they were converted into burn oil during their rebuilt process between 1936 & 1947. The 3415 will continue to serve the Santa Fe until retirement in 1954, the 3415 was donated to city of Abilene, Kansas, the locomotive was put on display at Eisenhower Park, the 3415 will remain on display until 1996 when the city of Abilene made plans to revamp the park, the city of Abilene donated her to the Abilene and Smoky Valley Railroad to be put on display at their depot. in 2005, the A&SVR made plans to restore 3415 to operating condition. the restoration was completed in 2009 pulling tour trains for the A&SVR. As of today the 3415 awaiting for its mandated 15-year overhaul.

5000 is a Prototype 2-10-4 Texas Type built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1930 for the Santa Fe Railway, the locomotive was nicknamed "Madame Queen", and remain a unique member in its class, making 5000 the only ATSF 2-10-4 to be fitted with a feedwater heater. 5000 was used to pull freight trains in much of its career, during her time on ATSF, the locomotive had new upgrades, the engine's tender is now equipped with square tender, and a new cab roof, in 1940 the 5000 was converted to burn oil to increase her route capability. the 5000 will continue to serve the Santa Fe until it was retired in the 1950's, in 1957, it was donated to the City of Amarillo, Texas to be put on display. the locomotive will remain on static display until 2005 when the Railroad Artifact Preservation Society move 5000 to a new location in Amarillo, 500 SE 2nd Avenue, where it plans to construct a building to house and preserve her where she resides today.

5011 is a 5011-Class 2-10-4 Texas Type Steam Locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1944 for the Santa Fe Railway, the 5011 was the first Class to built, the 5011 was use to pull passenger & freight trains in much of its career. The 5011-Class had 5,600 horsepower, and they were equipped with Timken Roller Bearings, making them the most powerful & fastest 2-10-4's ever built, the 5011 will continue to serve the Santa Fe until being retired in 1955, and it was donated to the National Museum of Transportation in Kirkwood, Missouri where it resides today.
