Description
"Al-Mutawakkil also built a great cathedral mosque and lavished enormous sums of money on it, making the minaret so high that the voices of the muezzins could be easily heard, and the minaret could be seen at a distance of many parasangs."

Al-Mutawakkil, the tenth Caliph of the Abassid Dynasty, dedicated a large sum of labor and resources to build up his capital Samarra, including the Great Mosque of Samarra and its iconic Malwiya Minaret. Completed in 851, the minaret earned its name "Malwiya" ("snail-shell") from its spiralling cone shape standing 52m tall. The external spiral ramp allows muezzins to climb up and make adhans (call for prayers). The ramp is so wide that al-Mutawakkil was said to have ridden up to the minaret on a donkey. Though al-Mutawakkil had built the Malwiya Minaret with the largest mosque of the time, both the caliph and the mosque was ravaged by time. Al-Mutawakkil was killed by Turkic guards supported by his son, triggering the Anarchy at Samarra, while the Great Mosque of Samarra was davastated by the invasion of Hulagu Khan, leaving only the external walls and the Malwiya Minaret standing now in Iraq.

Malwiya Minaret
Cities within 9 tiles receive +10% Faith and +10% Production. Grants an Apostle when completing this wonder or one of its unique projects. Must be built on flat Plains or flat Desert adjacent to the City Center, and you must have founded a Religion. +2 Great Engineer points +2 Faith Unlocked at the Apprenticeship technology.

Unique projects
Malwiya Minaret unlocks a series of unique projects to provide stackable bonuses. Each costs 300 Production. Spiral Ascension (1) Provides Faith equal to 20% of this city's production, and +100% Religious Pressure every turn. Completing this project grants an Apostle, and cities within 7 tiles of the Malwiya Minaret receive +10% Faith and +10% Production (stacks with other bonuses). Spiral Ascension (2) Provides Faith equal to 40% of this city's production, and +200% Religious Pressure every turn. Completing this project grants an Apostle, and cities within 5 tiles of the Malwiya Minaret receive +10% Faith and +10% Production (stacks with other bonuses). Spiral Ascension (3) Provides Faith equal to 60% of this city's production, and +300% Religious Pressure every turn. Completing this project grants an Apostle, and cities within 3 tiles of the Malwiya Minaret receive +10% Faith and +10% Production (stacks with other bonuses). Spiral Ascension (4) Provides Faith equal to 80% of this city's production, and +400% Religious Pressure every turn. Completing this project grants an Apostle, and cities within 1 tiles of the Malwiya Minaret receive +10% Faith and +10% Production (stacks with other bonuses). Ascended Adhan Provides Faith equal to 100% of this city?雓?production, and +500% Religious Pressure every turn. Completing this project grants an Apostle. This project is repeatable.

i agree with ferentas that this is op; in fact, it unlocks at apprenticeship too which makes the religous pressure harder to counter, + faifth and production bonus is a lot

I think a lot of the concept is good, I think it needs some nerfs though.

I haven't played that specific of gameplay to know how op Kilwa Kisiwani and holy site projects combined are I guess.

Maybe I will have to play it to find out

Im muslim. I saw the title and immediately clicked to check it out. This is probably the most broken wonder mod ever made lol. U telling me I can boost production 9 tiles away, and make them almost unconvertible with a project? Broken
