if textures have meaningless alphas (transparency maps that dont contribute in anything to the model) or no alphas at all, likely combination is DXT1 + DXT1

image previews are really creative, but 185 MB is really overkill (gmod server playermodel standard) BGR888/BGRA8888/RGB888/RBGA8888 was never used for stalker textures in the actual game engine and the likely format's DXT1 + DXT5

DXT3 also works for alpha normalmaps if they have very sharp alpha channels, T5's for smooth channels however. lastly, the less materials each model use the better performance and organization-wise it gets (drawcalls situation)
