Toji is a combo-heavy character that only does high damage from certain conditions. A majority of his attacks move him forward, allowing him to apply continuous pressure

Neutral Special - Jetstream: Toji pushes himself toward the enemy, cutting through them. If used incorrectly, it will send him to pratfall

Side Special - Contract Killer: A string of stabs that brings the enemy along, ending with a kick

Down Special - Beelzebub: He summons sum bugs n ♥♥♥♥ that when hit by Toji, will stun the enemy and deal sum extra damage.

Up Special - Rainstorm: spin type ♥♥♥♥. the last hit is jump cancel-able, but only does damage on the last hit
