Description
The Observation Balloon.

Equip your loadout and climb in!
Your ammo will be refilled within the Basket.

No, This balloon does not move and will not move.

Story:

Used in ww1 and ww2 for spying on the enemy and later set in to explosion versions without basket to keep away fighters and divebombers!
