Sawed-Off Double Barrel Secondary Script (Chrome)

(balanced) script for chrome shotgun, it's also changes weapon slot to secondary. all the changes:

‣Positives:
• now in secondary slot
• infinite ammo
• more pellets (from 8 to 11)
• shoots faster (from 0.5 to 0.2)
• fast reload speed
• penetrates more zombies (from 2 to 3)

‣Neutral:
• little bit higher spread of fire

‣Negatives:
• lower clip size (from 8 to 2)
• lower damage (from 31 to 26)
• lower range (from 3000 to 1700)
• higher recoil
