Description
A Redux of the now deceased Extra Paragon Ruler Traits by Sel Und Irae.

This is designed specifically for the Wogga gaming mod packs and may not be balanced for standard play. It is advised you use the Original version where ever possible. Though Develpoment has ceased currently, it works fine with 3.11.1.

Not entirely what you are looking for as it has an extra mod included that we currently use. But its has the traits and civics mods in there
