Immersion Cigs for WWII - Allies and Axis

Description
Adds Lucky Strike cigarettes for the Americans, Craven "A" cigarettes for the British, and Eckstein No. 5 cigarettes for the Germans. Does not replace the original Immersion Cigs items.

Hello - I no longer seem to be able to light these with the Matches from Immersion Cigs. Is this mod no longer functioning?

Hi, there are so many (more than 4) cigarette lighters generated on players. Please reduced them to be only one, thanks!
