I do think that gman was suppose to represent the interloper graffiti showing that that graffiti could be his co-workers or him showing how mysterious they are

Autumnis, you can do it yourself without additional mods. Create a flat object and apply the paint you need on it. Then make this object invisible using the color-changing tool (Note: that the alpha must be 1, so that the graffiti does not fade, and the object with this alpha is not visible).
