Enable Hardware Accelerated GPU scheduling in : settings>system>display>scroll to bottom> graphics settings , tick it and restart your system
insert it into:
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64

Go back to the binaries folder, run the "disableNvidiaSigniatureChecks" registry. click yes on it, you can always revert with the provided files in the readme

launch the game

go into settings and ENABLE NVIDIA REFLEX LOW LATENCY
this should allow you to turn frame generation on.

I've an RTX 3070, FPS was playable but spotty when i'd start to build a small cabin, now i'm at 100+ with minimal stability issues.
