"Kill Character" Interaction

Description
Compatible with 1.9.* and below

Cheat mod that adds a character interaction that instantly retires them.

Very unlikely to break on updates unless Paradox fundamentally changes how Character Interactions work.
Should also be compatible with any/all other mods.

We need Chinese! You can call this option "暗杀" or “刺杀”. This mod provides a practical way to replace IG leaders in the BPM mod.:steamthumbsup:

Can you change it so you could kill any character? ATM you can only interact with characters in your own nation.
