Passive Sinicization

Description
Development ended: will fix if an update breaks it but wont be adding anything, feel free to cannibalize

Disclaimer: I do not support, endorse, or approve the process of cultural assimilation or Sinicization in real life.

This mod, which is compatible with vanilla, Extended Timeline, and Ante Bellum, allows the Emperor of China to assimilate specific cultures into the Chinese group over time.

Requirements:
- Be a specific culture that has a sinicized variant
- Must not be an accepted culture
- Have no separatism
- Owner must be Emperor of China or a subject of them
- Owner must have positive stability

Based on the Byzantine effect from the new KoK mission tree. Requires Mandate of Heaven DLC

I'm confused; Your page description says that cultures shouldn't be accepted to trigger the event, but the mod files say that they should be accepted. Which is it?

Much better way to do it! Nice idea. Feels weird that you have to culture flip to Sinicize other cultures.
