NopeCopter's Maguindanao (Kudarat)

Adds the Sultanate of Maguindanao to Civilization V under Sultan Muhammad Dipatuan Kudarat.

UA: The One Born to Rule
Naval units gain Combat Strength based on your Faith output. Gain an extra Trade Route whenever you convert another civilization's capital for the first time.

UU: Karakoa
Replaces the Privateer. Grants a small Growth bonus to your nearest city upon pillaging an improvement in an enemy city that follows another religion. +1 Movement when starting its turn next to an enemy naval unit.

UB: Kuta
Replaces the Castle. Provides extra XP to built units based on the number of cities that share your religion and are trading with your city. When an enemy unit is killed in a city with a Kuta, siphon some Faith from the owner of that unit for a few turns.
