A Fix for the DLC "Legend of the Dead"

Description
For game version 1.12.5


Legends:

- Famed Legends will be remembered for 50 - 100 years

- Illustrious Legends will be remembered for 100 - 200 years

- Mythical legends will be remembered forever


Plagues:

- Minor epidemics will now last for two years

- Major epidemics will now last for four years

- Apocalyptic epidemics will now last for a decade

- Plague decay is now slower


Compatibility:

Probably not compatible with all mods that change legends and plagues. The rest should be fine

Let me know if there are any compatibility issues and I can make a compatible version!

With 1.13, there are some small changes to the legends files that would cause some minor issues.
