Description
Artificer: Post-Game Add-On

Artificer: Post-Game Add-On is an official add-on for Artificer's Accessories. As such, you must have the mod enabled for this one to work! Furthermore, this mod's content cannot be accessed without using one of the supported content mods (See below for more details)!

This mod adds post-ML support for the Artificer class (From Artificer's Accessories) in the form of 3 new tiers of Artificer gear, allowing Artificers to more viably take on post-ML content from other mods.

New Gear:
  • Permalloy, Supernova, and Paragon equipment sets
  • Each set includes a respective crafting material and armor set, plus accessories;
  • Permalloy: 4 accessories; 2 of which have abilities
  • Supernova: 5 accessories; 3 of which have abilities
  • Paragon: 3 accessories; all of which have abilities

(IMPORTANT!) Mod Support!:
Be aware that the crafting materials for the new content are unobtainable without help from other content mods! Instead, they must be crafted from certain materials from supported mods; this is done to effectivley place the new content into other mods' post-ML progression.
Supported mods, and what tiers of gear they support, are as follows;
  • Thorium: Permalloy
  • Calamity: Permalloy, Supernova, Paragon
  • Mod of Redemption: Permalloy
  • Fargo's Souls: Permalloy, Supernova, Paragon
  • The Story of Red Cloud: Permalloy, Supernova
  • Echoes of the Ancients: Permalloy, Supernova
  • Homeward Journey: Permalloy, Supernova, Paragon
Additionally, Echoes of the Ancients is a unique exception; it is also given partial support for the Paragon tier, allowing access to its armor set, but not its accessories.

Regarding balancing:
Because of how the mod is designed to work with multiple mods at once, its balancing may be very dubious since all mods tend to follow their own balancing post-ML.

Open Source and Unofficial Add-Ons:
  • This mod is open-source under the GNU GPLv3 license. In short, you’re allowed to view and utilize code from the source if you’d like, but if you want to publish any work you did with it, that project will have to use the same license (GNU GPLv3). The mod's LICENSE file contains the full details of terms and conditions, etc.
  • You can access the source-code using tML's extract function (Found in-game on the mod's More Info page in your Mods List).
  • For modders looking to make their own add-on(s) for Artificer's Accessories, this is an excellent resource! This add-on in particular showcases a strong dependency on Artificer's Accessories, plus Mod.Call functions.
  • Also know that unofficial add-ons are welcome! For example, even though this mod exists, add-ons which add support for a particular content mod are still useful since they will be more in tune with that mod's balancing.

Localization:
This mod inherently supports the English language, though I am unable to provide any other languages since that's the only one I'm fluent in. However, localization contributions on GitHub are welcomed and appreciated. Below is a list of supported languages so far:
  • English (Base)
  • Simplified Chinese (Contributed by Urgiv)
If you desire to contribute localization, please make a PR in the GitHub repository for my mods' .tmod files[github.com].

@Block - I think it's all, least all that I had enabled, as I didn't see any of your recipes when looking at abominable energy.

@Protogen_Rhythm, I probably got the item's internal name incorrect, thus causing the recipe to fail to be created (Since the item isn't found). Do you know if it's just an issue with the Artificer add-on or is it all my Post-Game Add-Ons?

Supernova Fragment in your supported mod thread says "Fargo's Souls: Abominable Energy", but the recipe just isn't there.

I just released a patch that updated this mod's dependency/references to Artificer's Accessories to make sure it's depending on the most recent version of Artificer's Accessories. Sometimes that can cause issues, so hopefully this might resolve things on your end.

@IndigoSynesthesia, I just tested and it's working fine for me. Maybe double-check that both this and Artificer's Accessories are up-to-date? That can sometimes cause issues, but that said neither has had an update in a while.

The armors dont seem to count for Artificer cooldowns?

@Axolotl, both of those limitations are intentional, to prevent spamming abilities. On a related note, the activated ability system is only designed around having one ability at a time, it's not functionally possible to use more than one at a time.
