Description
Provisional mod for future full-release 'Goated Mod'.

Only use right now is so people can play my savefiles.

Adds colored portraits for Hitler and French leader.
Adds new states in Germany and France.
Adds Poland-Germany formable.
Changes nation colors.
Includes slightly altered Stege Map Mod.
