Description
Just adds a decision to search for a Court Chronicler.

I was finding it quite annoying to look for someone who was good at the job, so I made this. It shouldn't interfere with any other mods since I didn't touch any vanilla files.

Author combined this with his search for tutor mod. Use that instead.

Needs an update for Roads to Power, taking the decision does nothing anymore.

Thanks! It's one of the 3 most important positions and yet for some reason they didn't make a decision to search for one like they did for physician and caravan master. So weird.
