Chisan Quackers

Chisan scouts out a fight! Our alien duck cadet has crash-landed into the world of Smack and is ready to show the world what he's made of! He has plenty of projectiles and zoning options to rack up damage from afar, but don't let all his fancy gagdets fool you; he is still a threat up close!

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: FORCE SHIELD
Chisan slams out an energy shield in front of him that reflects projectiles. It can be held in place as long as he wants, but when he's done, he sends the shield forward to push opponents away!

SIDE SPECIAL: BOMB BOWLING
Chisan rolls a heavy bomb along the ground, which explodes the moment it makes contact with an opponent.

UP SPECIAL: SONIDOCRAFT MKII
The Sonidocraft MKII is a sound-powered jetpack specifically designed for Scout Cadets such as Chisan. With it, he is able to fly upward quite far! As he prepares for take off, he may even choose to fly left or right as well for a horizontal recovery.

DOWN SPECIAL: E.H.D.
E.H.D. (Electro-Homing Drone) is a slow-moving projectile that emits an electric field. Being caught in this field will do a massive amount of damage over time, but that's not all! Should Down Special be pressed again, Chisan will recall the drone back to him, dealing phenomenal damage to anyone in its way.

ULTRA: CADET'S STANDOFF
With his gunslinging skills, Chisan waits for the perfect opportunity to shoot. When the "!" appears, pressing both Standard and Special buttons will make him fire a deadly laser at lightning speed! The window to fire lasts a whole second, so the shot can be delayed to catch opponents off-guard! Just be careful not to let the shot go to waste.

OTHER NOTES
This character is not final. There will be several moveset, animation, and sound changes (along with some voice acting) that will be implemented later on.

Chisan is LAP-compatible with "Z_Chisan" as his tag!
