Sonic Screwdriver

This mod adds a sonic screwdriver with a few functions:

- Activate the object in front of it

- Heal/Repair stuff

- Make a pulse (yeet stuff like a pulse drum)

- Make a small EMP

- Make a bigger EMP

HOW TO USE:
To change the mode, you need to use the "Special Activation" keybind, i think its "H" by default?
To use the sonic, simply keep it activated for long enough (usually between 1 and 4 seconds depending on the mode)

TODO:
- Add a "Scanner" function which gives temperature, health, can be repaired or not, etc
(Only issue is: i don't know how to display text above an object, i couldn't find any way to do it so i had to give up on the Scan idea for now.)

Also i don't know either Unity or C#, So i'm sorry if the mod is buggy or such, i haven't encountered any bugs yet but if you find any, tell me in the comments.
