Update 3/17

- Increased NVG saturation, lowered brightness
- Works on all official maps
- Made glowing common infected separate if its too bright, making SI and common maps glowing causes common to be super bright for some reason

this is unfortanetly not what i was expecting or hoping for, the only time this has activated while im testing my own scripts is apparently when i've Entered The Safe House At The End Of The Level.

until this is fixed, dont use this mod.
